Larsen Properties is actively seeking agents. Our property management business is booming and we need assistance in handling all of it. PLUS - you can receive one on one mentorship, direct commission payments at closing, and a very competitive commission split.

SALES: $250 flat fee PLUS $50 E/O fee = $300 per transaction side.

Example: $150,000 sale - 3% commission = $4,500

$300 to Larsen Properties. Agent takes home $4,200.

Compare that to a 70/30 split and additional office fees!

LEASING FEES: 80/20 Split

Example: $500 Leasing Fee - 80/20 Split = $400 to agent

Active real estate agents who need assistance with referring a property manager they can trust have found their referral source!

*Larsen Properties pays 25% of the gross commission income to referring agents!

*Larsen Properties adds the referring agent's name into all the property management paperwork and electronic management software.

*Larsen Properties GUARANTEE's to return that customer to the referring agent when they are ready to sell their home!
